Namobuddha-Phulchowki trek, river rafting, Chitwan,
sightseeing - this five days trek will take
you just outside Kathmandu with view to the World’s
highest mountains.
After driving 2 hours from Kathmandu we will reach
Dhulikhel from where our trek will start. The trek
is named after the Namo Buddha stupas one of the holiest
sites for Buddhists in Nepal. Phulchowki is the name
of one of the famous Hindu goddess. Many Hindu people
make their pilgrimage tours to this site. This area
is also one of the best viewpoints for viewing some
of the highest peaks in the World. The highest altitude
on this trek is 2765 m. This trek will also take us
through different cultures and thick forests of Rhododendron,
Mongolia and Sal tree. A really nature lovers paradise
ITINERARY:
Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu and
transfer to hotel
Day 02 Full day of sightseeing in
Kathmandu with English speaking guide back to hotel
Day 03 Full day of sightseeing in
Kathmandu with English speaking guide back to hotel
Day 04 Drive to Dhulikhel and start
trek to Namo Buddha (3 hrs) camp
Day 05 Namobuddha trek to Balthali
(4-5 hrs) camp
Day 06 Balthali trek to Bebar Danda
(5 hrs) camp
Day 07 Bebar Danda trek to Phulchowki
(approx. 5 hrs) camp
Day 08 Phulchowki (bird watching)
and trek to Godavari Village Resort and stay overnight
Day 09 Godavari Village Resort rest
day
Day 10 From Godavari Village Resort
drive to Damauli and start River Rafting at Seti
Day 11 Rafting end at Jugedi and
drive to Chitwan by private vehicle – Resort
Day 12 Chitwan
Day 13 Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu
by tourist bus and back to hotel
Day 14 Free day in Kathmandu and
farewell dinner
Day 15 Departure from Kathmandu
